What’s Included:

• World-class Entertainment branded by E7 Solutions from 10am-5pm for 2 days.
• Extra shows for larger crowds at the booth each hour at the top of the hour. 
• Coordination with your team for seamless schedule communication, aesthetic, set-up, and activity selection.
• Research and education about your company to incorporate your products, services, and prospective client messaging into each performance.
• Two writing sessions and script reads with your team.
• We will bring a step platform, an approved in-exhibit sound-system, E7 signage for presentations, E7 branded performance podium.
• My personal cell phone number that you can contact for me to handle ANYTHING that arises leading up to and on the day

2 days of In-Booth Entertainment is $20,000. 

Hospitality Suite Entertainment provided as an add-on for an additional $5,000 per day.

These are our standard booth rates provided without your budget for context. We have flexibility to tailor what we are providing to fit your budget and are happy to discuss.
